Won’t Load: Demo Content / Style Sheet / Plugins

My issue is…

1. that the demo content will not import
2. I’m also having trouble activating the plugins that come with the theme
3. The style sheets don’t seem to be fully loaded (example: mouse over on the “My Account” icon in top right hand corner of the website, bullets are displaying instead of the gif icons as shown in the demo example)
