URGENT: woocommerce analytics not working due to Theme issues

Neither the Woocommerce Analytics nor the Customers section on the backend is showing any information and this is extremely important, specially the Customers tab, where we should be able to see everyone that bought from us. Why is it all blurred and not showing anything?

Regarding Analytics, it just shows no data at all, when the website already has dozens of completed sales.

We notice some jQuery errors within the theme. The sns-metabox.js within the theme framework are causing a list of errors. On switching the theme this resolves the problem and these pages load correctly. so it’s clearly a problem with SIMEN

Can you help to fix this asap please?
