Unable to import demo with media

Hi,

I am trying to install the theme for one of my clients and I was not able to import the demo thru the one click demo import, despite the php configurations begin as per the theme recommendations. I then imported manually and was able to import only without the media attachments. I would like to get the demo with the media attachments.

I am also not able to set the menu like in the demo. I do not see the main menu items as it is in the demo.

Is there something that I am missing? Kindly let me know if this is the right place to provide the wordpress details. Any help is greatly appreciated.
