Three tips needed

Hi, I need your help on how to customize the theme in three ways:

1. The price on category pages are shown in a grey color: http://screencast.com/t/y74dusyoKI
How do I customize this color? I can set a custom color on product pages, but can’t find where to change it on the category pages.

2. In what file do I translate these two english sentences:

3. On product pages, thumbnails show in carousel, 4 images at a time, with left/right arrow to click. Is there a way to simply show all thumbnails in multiple rows, instead of carousel? Image of carousel: http://screencast.com/t/fh2I6LDj6a3L
