Strange Header Problem

Hi.
I have redesign little bit header 3 transparented and successful install in home page and all other pages on who i can manually configure but i have problem with /shop/ page and single product pages. I cant implement redesigned header in this two places. I have try in several ways to fix that but its not successful. So my question is how can i fix this problem.
