SNS Product Tabs breaks when an item is out of stock

This is an issue in the SNS Nova, SNS Product Tabs.

When there is a product that is out of stock the SNS Product Tabs shows it as an empty box or doesn’t load any products. It can also load duplicate products when the Load More is clicked and there is an out of stock product encountered.

I think the catalog load should have a filter to not get out of stock products so that the SNS Producttabs does not break.

Any hint where to add the filter code to fix this? Please help.
