SNS Korion Mega Menu Not Working

Hello,
We purchased your SNS Korion theme but the Menu Item Manager is not working. We do not know why. Please help us! Our website is eCommerce and we need it to work. Please let us know if you need login to fix issue. We would add a new item to subcategory but when we click save it’s not being saved to that category. It’s being sent to another category automatically without us moving it or saving it there. Please help! Email here: knicholas@audiojamonline.com

Menu was good but now it is disoriented. Please help!
