Shopping cart design wrong

Hi Team,

Have some troubles about shopping cart: (I note that only happen with configurable product but simple product is ok)

1- Mini Shopping cart do not show the thumbnail picture
2- Add to shopping cart Ajax message do not show the thumbnail picture
3- Shopping Cart do not show thumbnail picture or “Edit” link (configurable product)
