several problems on check out

Hi,
we have a problem with the check out section,
the login sometimes stay stuck on first step. we are logged in but nothing happens.
second thing is with transports, especially mondial relay.
When it’s selected the first time we have the list of adresses showing, but when we check another transport and we go back to mondial relay, the list is not showing anymore.
They said that something’s wrong with the ajax and the native behavior of Prestashop.
