Senia Menu in Categories and rearranging static blocks

I really appreciate your work with this template, guys. It is beautiful!

I have been playing with it for a while now, and I am kind of having some problems with the configuration. Here are my questions:

1. How do I rearrange the blocks on the front page? For example, I want Top Seller block to be above New Arrivals.
2. How do I disable the Daily Deals block? I don’t need it at all.
3. This is very important. How are the Categories supposed to be configured. There is the Senia Menu in the Categories section, but the lists have empty URLs. How should I use this Menu and assign products to the sub-categories listed in the
