Sara speed problem

Hello, i have buy theme sara but i have problem our site is maxicentar.com and it is very slow, on another theme speed is fast but on your theme very slow we have turn scss compile only when don’t have the css file, why is theme slow ?

PS. i have dedicated server with 16 gb of ram, and only this site is on server, please help.
