Rating/Reviews not showing

I have enabled reviews in the Configuration > Advanced and made Ratings visible for the default store under Catalog > Reviews and Ratings > Manage Ratings

I don’t see any other settings in the theme. However, I can’t get the ratings to appear on a product page (See http://spinov8.com/SNS_demo/shop/handcycles/racing-handcycles/maddiline-carbide-handcycle.html).

Even the text stating “Be the first to review this product” doesn’t appear above the price. Is there a place in the theme configuration to turn this on?
