Problem with SNS Shop by Categories

Hi,
continuing the speech started in comment area on themeforest…
I have found this problem, I want to show my shop menu with SNS Shop by Categories but when I go to setup this I don’t see all my product-categories, why?

Let me know if you want login accesso to my site.
