PAYPAL ISSUES

Hi ! I have issues with PAYPAL Checkout. The PAYPAL Logo doesnt Appear on the checkout proccess so it doesnt look serious. but in source code its there….strange !?

Second: and this is MORE Important to fix !
After you get redirected from paypal to the checkout cart there is no Checkbox for Terms and Service and other Ordering Conditions in your Theme. In germany it must be there. so this is realy shit ! i send you screenshots what i mean. I allready did the right config in magento but its your theme that doesnt show up the Terms and Conditions Checkbox and other Condition Checkboxes.

Please tell me how to fix.
