PayPal Express Checkout Problem: Can't Agree to Terms

Hello SNS Team,

I’ve in Magento Terms & Condition enabled during checkout, but when someone uses PayPal express checkout there is no check box to agree with the Terms & Conditions. As a result, the checkout can’t be completed.

Can’t see the the solution in that topic, since I haven’t purchased that theme.
