Page doesn't refreshed automatically when i remove item from Wishlist ?

HI,

If i remove the product from My Cart, automaticaly page has been refreshed and the item removed instantly.

But When i remove product from My Wishlist, Page hasn’t been refreshed automatically and item doesn’t remove instantly. Item removed once after refreshed the page manually or click “update wishlist” button.

Help me to clear this!
