Nothing display on frontend after import cms & static block

Hi,

After install this theme I have nothing on frontend :

1-Revolution slider : I do a picture but nothing display

2-Tab Men, Women, Sport doesn’t work of course I changed ID category but nothing on front end

3-Partner do display too

4-Add to cart no work

How can fix this problem
