Not able to edit shop page

Hi,
When we try to edit the shop page with WPBakery as it is built with, page loads empty with the message (This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area.) displayed on top.

We want to edit and duplicate the same page for our multiple products. Moreover, menu was not there when we imported the sample data. We’re using Home Page 2.

Can you please sort it out?
