no theme options

hello

i installed the theme succesfully on a shared hosting, however, due to some php limitation i couldn’t install the demo content so i decided to go to a VPS server.
On the VPS i installed it for second time and activated the theme but i cannot see any options. Is it because is still installed in the previous server?
