Multi-Language Top Header Issue

Two questions, pls help

(1) I have installed Kalokia theme with quick start package, the quick start package come with English and French. I added Chinese language translation to the shop.

However, when I try to config the Header message in SNS Theme -> SNS Kalokia Theme -> Header -> Welcome messenger

I set different welcome message for different language, but it still shows french in front office after I selected Chinese. (but no problem from english language)

(2) the load time for this theme is very very slow, any suggestion to speed up the performance ?
