MENU LANGUAGE PROBLEM

1.I have a problem using Greek in mega menu. everywhere else it working perfect.

2.when i try to make some changes in css.(fr ex the font color on newsletter popup) I make in the theme-dc4242 but i don’t see the changes on the site.
