Kanta Theme, does not appear to handle iterms with options

We installed the SNSKanta theme, and have setup our product, however we are now trying to add Custom Options to some of them, but when we do, the options do not show up on the front-end, and the add to cart disappears. you can see an example here: http://rapidxpr.nextmp.net/toughbooks/fully-rugged/cf-31.html
