javascript:void(0) in navigation menu

Hello,

Question 1: In our webshop http://www.serverkastkopen.nl/ the menu link “Gereedschap” in the header is not working? Checked al settings twice but can’t get it fixed.

Question 2: Is it possible to remove the white space (see attachment, i marked it red) in the menu an place the shopping cart one line higher.
