I can´t download Demo content in snsavaz theme

I tried to download demo content for my theme purchased. I tried in my Hostgator. imposibble. I tried in localhost. Impossible. I set all your recomendations

I only reach 50% downloaded. 30 minutes waiting and nothing happens.
