How do I change the discount text ?

Hi,

I have noticed if I want to discount one of my product, it creates a green box stating “-5%” (i put 5% as an example) at the bottom of the product’s picture, and I was wondering if there was a way to modify this to show something else (like “discounted” or “promo”) ?
