Hover product list attributes

hello!
we have bought a module on prestashop addons: Show combinations / Hover product list attributes (https://addons.prestashop.com/es/combinaciones-personalizacion/22678-show-combinations-hover-product-list-attributes.html)

It doesn’t works in our theme and we have contact to the module developer and they told us this:

Hi,

we thank you for purchase of our module.

We found the page where module should works: https://www.starstickvinilos.com/es/25-vinilos-de-estrellas
But our changes of the file “/public_html/themes/sns_trella/product-list.tpl” doesn’t apply. Can you contact to the theme’s developer and ask how can we change this file please?
