Google Fetch Error

Hi we are using SNS Nova theme
we can see the website from browser. But google bot can not fetch the website.
Status says “unreachable”
Even try to submit robots.txt it says “it didnt go through”

We check the all permissions, in robots.txt google bot and google image bot is allowed to see everything.

When we switch template back to magento’s default, google can fetch the website.
