Error after installing theme

After I had installed SNS Trella theme, the store doesn’t load. When I access frontend I get the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/loja/includes/src/Sns_Trella_Model_Observer.php on line 1
On the other hand, admin interface works fine.

Frontend: http://carlu.com.br/loja
Backend: http://carlu.com.br/loja/admin

Does anyone know how to solve it?
