Demo content wont load

Hello.

I purchased the SNS wordpress theme.
When i want to check out the forum for answers i get an error that i need to be a verified person. When i click on it and fill in my purchased code i get an error with ‘ ALREADY EXISTS ‘

Could i have any help? Because my demo content wont work its loading till 50% after it wont load any further.

Help please?
