Customized Design to Add Customized Tab in Product Detail Page

Hi SNS team,
I am evaluating to add Customized Tab for product detail. At this moment under default setting of Mosera Theme, there is Only 1 customized tab for product detail. I need to add more customized tab for it by Category level products.

For example, I need to add a “Women Size Chart” tab for each product in Women Outwear category. And a “Wig Color Chart”” tab for each product in Wig category. It means that I need to setup dedicated description tab for dedicated category product.

So as above, I need customized for the Theme. Please let me know whether your team can do it for me, as well as the price for the development.
