Contact page as Page not Category

Hi,

I want to remove both Blog and Contact categories and move these to Pages.

However once I created a Contact Page I see there are 2 titles displayed (two h1; one of the page and the second one, set from within a contacts.xml file).

How I can convert the Contact category to a contact Page, without having these things duplicated.

The same question may apply for content of this page.
