Cant install

Ive tried every way to install your theme but no luck. I have tried uploading the zip file Into the themes folder and using the appropriate option in the back office. I have also tried extracting the theme and FTP it to the themes folder. This doesn’t work either. Can you please advise as we have installed so many scenes previously and I can’t see why this one is not installing.
