Can I show items of only one category in Products?

Hello,
I would like to show items of only one category in Products. Unfortunately, I can only select “Latest”, “Featured Items”, “Special Items”, etc…
I don’t mind adding some php in my child theme if you can guide me, and I only need to use one category for all products elements so i don’t need any backend selector…
