Building the Post Wcode footer

Hello!

First of all I’d like to say I like the theme very much. It’s structured very well and I like the way its set up.
Currently I’m working on creating a decent footer by building a Post Wcode that gets added to the footer widget. I wonder how you built de newsletter part? I see it uses a “sns-newsletter” element when checking the source but I can’t find it when using Visual Composer. I suppose it needs to be tied into something like MailChimp?

Any advice on how the footer in the example pages is built is appreciated as I don’t have the possibility of installing the Demo Content at the moment.
