Banner responsive scale

Hello,

How can i change scale banner on front page on responsive view?

Now on my site: hhtps://kiwikawa.pl all banner is resize and visiblity on mobile devices but text on banner is very small.

How can i change scale on responvive view to see only center of banner as on this site:
