Banner images not loading with store url

We got a problem getting the images to load in het fractionbanner module.
When it goes to domain.com the images load but when we go to domain.com/us/ they wont the url on the first example is domain.com/media/ which is correct on the second example it’s domain.com/us///media/ which fails
