Hi my friend.
I don’t agree with “because child product no image”. In configurable product Magento do not transfer parent images to children with use “Quick Create” button at “Quick simple product creation” area. Only Name, description, prices, etc but not images. All my installed stores have not image in children configurable products items and look fine.
“Edit” link do not show: is only for configurable products. I test with simple products and is ok.
I’m looking for the fault too but have not result yet. If you find it, please advise me.
