Thanks for your response. We’ve replaced the jssor slider with your jssor.slider.zip file. Thank you for that, now when the JS/CSS fils are combined the UI doesn’t break.

With the JS / CSS files combined and caches enabled we’re seeing the following speeds:

While this is an improvement, we still have a lot of work to do (ideally we want this in the 3s range). We tried to enable compilation, which is supposed to have some positive effect, however, when we ran it, we got the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘lessc’ not found in /public_html/includes/src/Sns_Amoda_Helper_Data.php on line 187

Are there any further things we can do on the code end of things to speed things up? Again, while we love the design, loading speeds like this are just not viable for an eCommerce business. We are more than happy to help in any way we can! 🙂
