1. If you can work with lesscss, please go to Admin >> SNSTheme >> SNS Toronto >> Advance setting >> Less: Alway compile and please go to the file skin\frontend\default\sns_toronto\less\content\block.less, find the code with the key ‘.price-box{‘, then change the color at ‘.price{‘.
If you cannot word with lesscss, please go to Admin >> SNSTheme >> SNS Toronto >> Advance setting >> Less: Only compile when don’t have the css file, and please go to the file skin\frontend\default\sns_toronto\css\theme-xxx.css, which is currently using on your site, do the same with the key ‘.price-box .price’

2. Please go to the file app\locale\your_language\Mage_Checkout.csv, find these and edit to your text.

3. Sorry, we dont support this, please custom yourself.
