I am sorry but i believe this is exactly how my csv is set up; and the funny thing is that it is working but only up to the quantity of 24 or 41 (GH-H product). If the cvs would be wrong than i would not display any shipping costs at all. Here it shows correct figures but only to a certain quantity which also varies between different products???
