Sometime, you will want to send FTP access, Admin/Backoffice account access information or any sensitive information. In that case, a private reply is pretty helpful to send a topic reply privately, only topic creator and SNSTheme’s staff can read that reply.
To do so, please find out the Set as private reply checkbox over Topic Reply Form and make sure it has been checked.
