CAN'T SYNC OR VIEW ARLO CAM Here are some Arlo camera troubleshooting suggestions you can use if you are unable to sync your Arlo camera with the BaseStation or SmartHub: Make sure there is no more than three feet between the camera and the BaseStation. Look for the camera close to the base-station. They will connect more effectively the closer they are. Check the battery life of the camera. Verify again to make sure the battery is not low. Before you begin the sync process, add the base-station to your system. Utilize the device settings to activate the base station. After that, your camera will find the BaseStation and establish a connection with it.
