WPBakery Visual Composer update

Hi,
i have tree issue:
1. I need an update for WPBakery Visual Composer. why not automatically update are you?
2. How can i customize my logo size? When i upload one, its too small.
3. How can i translate search function in the menu? I already translated a default po file with POEdit tool, but the search button still english.
