WP Bakery License for Theme

Hi,

I purchased and have been using theme and was notified there was an update for WP Bakery plugin which the theme uses. However, it says I must activate the plugin?

When I register on WP Bakery website, it says I have to pay for license?
Do I have to pay extra again for a plugin this theme uses?
