Woocommerce categories fatal error

Hi!
Recently bought your theme, but there’s annoying problem with woocommerce categories.
Everytime when i try to add new one or change name of existing ones i get wordpress error on page …/wp-admin/edit-tags.php. When i turn on wordpress debug mode i can see this message:

I assume that this is theme related problem. Please check it and give me some patch or instructions: i have a lot of categories to rename. Doing it like this will take me ages.
Another thing is that “Fast edit” in woo categories page doesn’t work, only full edit, which is another inconvenience.

PS: When i enter in woo category edit with debug mode on on top i can see:
