Widgets/Sidebar not importing from Demo

To whom it may concern,

Unfortunately the Demo content does not import the widgets/sidebar on clean WordPress installation.

I also wanted to try to import them via suggested plugin in the Documentation but the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-settings-importexport/ is not available due security issue and there is no way to import the widgets.
