Why there is no divide line on a specific position?

Hello SNS,

I found a weird thing. I added more Categories on the home page by copying existing Categories. The funny thing is that only the 7th of category (Microbiology) has no divide line.

Please see the 7th category counting from top has no divide line. Others all have the divide line. I have tried deleted it and copay from existing category and didn’t change anything, but only the 7th category has no divide line.

Any ideas?
