Whishlist is not correctly implemented / configured

Hello,
I am facing problems when I click on whishlist is linked to the actual URL so I can never reach this page.
It looks this issue is treated in this post but I can not access.

Because when I enter my license key it is not recognised, it says it is used by another user but it is not true.
