Visualization of Terms and Conditions in the check out

Hello,
During check out I see a strange behavior of “Terms and Condition” feature: the Terms and conditions text overlaps his checkbox and it flows down, until overlaps to website footer (please see “Screenshot.png”), although I’ve established a viewing area of 50 px (please see “Screenshot02.png”).

How I can solve this problem?
