Vertical menu not responsive

Hi,

Is there a special setting to make the vertical menu responsive?
I noticed today that when i visit the site from a mobile device, the vertical menu is not responsive anymore.
I even tried making a new menu but still it is not responsive.
It used to be responsive but not anymore.
